How could I forget this? Twice!
Of course we also had a delicious dessert. Mango-Pudding. We almost forgot about it on sunday as well. We were already packing up and ready to leave when we remembered the pudding. We took it home.
And maaaan it was gooood!

Wie konnte ich das vergessen? Zweimal!
Natülich hatten wir auch einen köstlichen Nachtisch. Mango Pudding. Wir haben ihn Sonntag auch schon fast vergessen. Wir waren bereits beim zusammenpacken und fast schon aus der Tür als er uns einfiel. Wir haben ihn mit nach Hause genommen.
Und Mann, der war gut!

Why don´t you always post complete recipes?
Warum veröffentlichst Du nicht immer kompletten Rezepte?
Is it because you don´t want to waste the space, don´t have the time, think that someone else could do that better, want to focus on the joy of food and not on the technicalities, will do that only for very special meals?
Ist es, weil Du nicht soviel Platz verschwenden möchtest, nicht die Zeit dazu hast, glaubst dass dies andere besser könnten, Dich nur auf den reinen Genuss des Essens konzentrieren möchtest und nicht auf die technischen Details, oder wirst Du dies nur bei ganz besonderen Mahlzeiten tun?

guter punkt mit den rezepten. hatte ich vor, ist aber tatsächlich häufig platzaufwändig. ich werd mir was überlegen.^^
